Are you seeing dotted black lines running vertically down your printout? This is because the pinwheels, which help move the sheet along, are running back over the sheet with wet ink.

You can find out more in our blog post on Preventing Roller Marks, which can be summarised in 4 steps:

  1. Widen the clearance between the sheet and the rollers by selecting "Prevent paper abrasion" in the printer settings

  2. Dry out the paper
