Black dots on printouts

Are you seeing dotted black lines running vertically down your printout? This is because the pin wheels, which help move the sheet along, are running back over the sheet with wet ink.

Prevent black dots on printouts

You can find our more in our blog post on Preventing Roller Marks, and can be summarised in 4 steps:

  1. Clean the pin feed wheels by running a piece of cardboard along the runners
  2. Widen the clearance between the sheet and the rollers by selecting "Prevent paper abrasion" in the printer settings
  3. Dry out the paper
