Changing or Cancelling your plan
If you are on a paid plan such as Topperoo Grow, you can either change and cancel your subscription when logged into the application, or message us at email@example.com.
To change your subscription when logged in:
- Click on the 'My Account' menu bar at the top when logged in
- Click on 'Change Plan'
- You will land on the Account Page, from here you can change your payment method, add or remove additional designs, or cancel your plan.
- If you wish to cancel, simply scroll to the bottom of the page and press "Cancel this Subscription". Upon cancelling, your subscription will remain active until the end of your trial or payment period.
